“Teach us to pray,” the disciples implored their teacher, Jesus. Neil Douglas-Klotz, author of Prayers of the Cosmos, has pioneered meditations using the words of Jesus in the language of Jesus.

Join us Wednesday, November 29, 7:00-8:00, 3306 University Ave., Des Moines (DMIEC), for an enriching, experiential introduction to deeply meaningful contemplation led by Paul Lemon, a devotee of this practice. Paul will also offer CDs of the practice, free of charge, for all attendees.

This ‘advent to Advent’ event is co-sponsored by Des Moines Intentional Eucharistic Community, Downtown Disciples and Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa.
