Self-Care, Silence and Centering Prayer Retreat

We invite you to set aside a day of silence, self-care, and Centering Prayer. We will have 3 Centering Prayer sits and 1 guided Welcoming Prayer followed by a Sit. All of this within your own home being supported by a Zoom community! The only time we will “see” each other on Zoom is the beginning and the ending of our day together. But we will know we are in a community of retreatants. A Zoom link will be sent to all registrants three days prior to the event with reflections and suggestions about how you might spend your day in self-care, silence and prayer.
