The love of God is a dwelling place 
where my heart can find its home.

Contemplative Outreach of Central Iowa invites you to set aside a day to explore loving yourself as you are so loved by God. We will have 3 Centering Prayer Times and 1 guided Welcoming Prayer followed by Centering.

All of this within your own home being supported by a Zoom community! 

The only times we will “see” each other on Zoom, is the beginning and the ending of our day together.

But we will know we are in a community of retreatants.

$15 donation accepted.
